Instructions

Plug the cable of the ultrasonic vibrator to the output socket of the generator. Check their specifications are correct and match. Also check that the vibration rod position in the measuring cup and avoid touching the measuring cup.

Connect the power cord to the AC outlet. Check the supply voltage is correct. Turn on the power.

Check the working state after starting the machine. Normally, the Power Set is adjusted to the maximum position; the Frequency Fine Tune is adjusted to the best point, so that the vibration rod is in the strongest state of vibration, the Power Level Indicator should be fully on.
If needed, adjust the Power Set to obtain the appropriate output power, also adjust the Frequency Fine Tune to maintain the best working condition.

Due to the large noise generated during vibration, it can be up to more than 105dB. Therefore, when using, close the soundproof box or wear soundproof earplugs to reduce the noise hazard.

The stainless steel lifting frame can adjust the height of the measuring cup as needed to control the depth of the vibration rod into the liquid of the measuring cup. The rod more closer to the bottom of the measuring cup, the more obvious the air explosion phenomenon, can be adjusted as needed.
Anti-slip mat must be added between the lifting frame and the measuring cup to prevent from sliding.

The stainless steel lifting frame and base are not fixed, and there are anti-slip mat. When putting in and taking out the measuring cup, it is recommended to hold the measuring cup by one hand, and to put in and take out the lifting frame by another hand, eliminating the need to repeatedly adjust the height each time, saving time and convenient operation.

When need to work for a long time, during the period, please pay attention to whether the working state of the vibrator is affected by the influence of the ambient temperature, etc. If  necessary, adjust the frequency fine tune to maintain the optimal condition. Also note that after the liquid absorbs the ultrasonic energy, the temperature will gradually increase.

After use, turn off the power.
